Case Management / Legal / ParalegalSaint Louis, MO: 100% Onsite9 Months CTHIn this role, you will:Perform a variety of activities including account activity research, review of state and federal laws and regulations, determining whether the case is reportable to state agenciesMake time-critical contacts with Financial Advisors, Client Associates, Qualified Supervisors, investigators and operations personnel, and interview those who have knowledge of the situationFile reports with Adult Protective Services (APS)/Securities Regulators and other governmental agencies and seek to provide further information and obtain case status information from external agencies after initial reportingSpend significant time on the telephone and MS Teams video calls, speaking directly with Financial Advisors and other Wealth Investment Management stakeholders about emotional situations under tight time deadlines.Assess problems and issues in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure activities follow the necessary internal and external regulatory and risk management practicesRequired Skills: 1-2 years ofStrong written and verbal communicationOrganizational/prioritizationRisk mitigationPreferred Skills:1-2 years of experience in compliance, operational risk managementKnowledge and understanding of risk management and mitigationKnowledge and understanding of fraud investigations, prevention or claimsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audienceClient service focus with the ability to listen to stakeholder needs and recommend solutionsStrong organizational, time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong case management backgroundAbility to be flexible, adjust plans and quickly re-prioritize work to meet changing business needsSolid conflict management and decision-making skillsExperience developing solid partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areasExperience working in LexisNexisFinancial services industry experienceDay to Day Operations:Case management from start to finish.Daily review and analysis of elder financial abuse/diminished capacity matters and providing guidance to Financial Advisors, Supervisors and their staff.Summarizing incidents and sending report to state agencies.Preferred Previous Industry Experience: Legal or financialparalegal background, hoping to convert to FTESkills: All MS products and OutlookBusiness Risk compliance risk Fluent in MS OfficeLegalLegal AssistantLegal DocumentsMS SharepointMS TeamsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
