We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work. If this sounds like a good fit, apply now. Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Stay informed about market changes and help clients understand the implications of their purchase• Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals• Find homes that meet buyers' criteria and drive them to showings• Assist agents by showcasing homes to buyer clients• Research potential market listings and coordinate showings with clients, listing agents, and home sellers• Refine buyer criteria to select additional homes for showings as necessary• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract for necessary activities (measuring, inspecting, etc.)• Collaborate with the lead agent to show homes that meet buyer needs and budgets, resulting in increased sales Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Professional in attitude and appearance• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Quick learner of real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Team player comfortable in a tight-knit company environment• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills• Independent, self-motivated, and able to connect with a variety of personalities• Analytical ability to understand client reactions to homes and adjust future showings accordingly• Comfortable spending a significant amount of time driving• Ability to analyze client needs and match them to suitable homes• Desire to support clients in finding their dream home• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed• Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle for showings• Real Estate License required (We can help you get licensed!)• Willingness to learn and grow with the team• High school diploma required Compensation: $30,000 About Company: Join a team of humble, hard-working go-getters who embody a solution-focused attitude.
